Circular Economy

The aim of the Circular Economy Working Group is to advance knowledge and practices on the important relationship between corporate supply chains and CE. The working group will progress understanding of the CE by moving beyond the current focus on regional examples or specific materials to include sustainability in multinational multi-tier networks. Focus will be paid to the ways in which outputs are connected with input needs in multinational multi-tier supply chains, the role of inclusive organizations in a global circular economy, and developing countries in western-dominated circular economies.
