Political Economy of Sustainable Consumption and Production

The Political Economy WG starts from the premise that unsustainable production and consumption levels are fundamentally linked to contemporary macro-economic structures and international political-economic relations. The WG aims to research a wide range of plausible actions including those that work to modify systems from within and those which leverage and exploit the contradictions inherent in current economic systems to influence change.
