Social Change Beyond Consumerism

The Social Change WG develops a transdisciplinary understanding of the spectrum of processes of social change (both structural and strategic) that are undermining prevailing consumerist lifestyles and contributing to putative sustainability transformations. It also deploys this understanding as a basis for generating practical knowledge for policy makers, social entrepreneurs, change agents, and others engaged in transformative social change.
